- Log on to our Diamond Exchange Ltd. or Icestore web site and go to Diamond Search.
- Search our international database of over 13000 diamonds.
- If you are unsure about your choice, contact Icestore or Diamond Exchange Ltd. Customer Service for free expert advice. We are happy to use our expertise to help you choose your diamond.
- Place your order and make payment.
- The diamond will be delivered to your home by courier in approx. seven to ten days, from the date the payment is received as cleared funds.
- You have 14 days to decide if the diamond is exactly what you want. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return the diamond for a full refund.
- To have your diamond set in a ring or beautiful piece of jewellery - contact Customer Service.

When Direct Buying you will receive a personalized service by a trained diamond specialist at any of our Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Toronto or New York offices.
Direct Buying is a little bit more expensive than virtual shopping, but considerably cheaper than buying from a retail store or jewellery manufacturer.
For Direct buying follow these simple steps:
- Study the Grading Section on this site.
- Decide on the basic diamond criteria you would like to view and establish a budget.
- Research designs for your jewellery piece from our site or your favorite magazine.
- Two to three days before you wish to purchase, contact customer service to establish availability and make an appointment to view.
- During your visit choose your diamond and finalise your design with our jewellery artist.
