What is a Tray

Your Tray is a place to note what interested you from the thousands of diamonds and hundreds of jewellery items you can see on our site. That's what it would be like if you were shopping in a good jewellery store. You need somewhere to keep your selection of what's important to you so you can compare and mull over your choices.

When you are ready to talk to a consultant it's useful and efficient if you are both looking at your Tray together, and your consultant can see it too - once you give your permission.

When you know what you want and you're ready to buy then with just one extra click on the items you want and your Tray works like a 'shopping cart'. You can 'check out' pay and be on your way.

When you are ready you can either make your purchase with the help of a consultant or complete your order online with full security.

Using the Tray: for your convenience, privacy, and peace of mind

While you are browsing we keep track of everything you have enquired about or added to your tray. When you leave our site, or stop browsing, we allow a little time and then we close your session to wipe the slate clean. This protects you from another person using the same computer rummaging in your tray.

You can save your tray for later even if you have made no enquiries – just enter your email address in the box and ‘login’. Then, to protect your privacy, you can close your session yourself by clicking LOG OFF just under MY TRAY in the menu bar.

If you have made an enquiry we have already saved your tray for you using your email address.

To recover your tray from any PC just enter your email address and ‘login’. Making an enquiry during this shopping session has exactly the same effect. You may also notice that once you have made one enquiry, or logged in, we fill in the details on your next enquiry.

For your convenience, ‘log in’ when you return to our site and, for peace of mind, ‘log off’ when you have finished your shopping session.

Of course your email address and the contents of your tray are protected according to our privacy policy. You will never receive unsolicited email from us.
