Your shipment will come with an accompanying tracking code. You can visit Australia Post and enter the tracking code to monitor your order.

To give you complete confidence, Diamond Exchange offers a 30 Day Return Policy. If for any reason you happen to be dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or full refund*.

Within 90 days of shipment, we offer one complimentary resizing for our standard ring styles. Custom, modified, and engraved rings are subject to resize fees. Outside of the 90 day complimentary resize period, rings can be resized for a fee when within our jeweller’s recommended sizing range.
