Sale Terms

This offer is valid from Friday 10 November through to midnight on Monday, 27 November. All discounts and offers are available online and are priced as marked. The offer is valid through our showrooms in Sydney and Melbourne also.

ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to anyone 18 years of age or older who has purchased from Diamond Exchange in the last 12 months. Employees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of diamondexchange.com.au, and other participating sponsors and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and each of their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Releasees") are not eligible to enter or win. This contest is governed by Australian law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations that govern contests. If any provision of this Contest shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

PRIZES AND ODDS: Winners will be announced 2 days after the judging from among all eligible entries received during the contest period. The best image or video as judged by Diamond Exchange shall receive one (1) item as advertised in the contest post Diamond Exchange will be responsible for shipping charges, but the winner will be responsible for all customs and/or import charges that may be applicable. Contest may be presented in multiple presentations and in other media.

All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of any prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the respective winner. All federal, state and local taxes or any customs or import charges on prizes are the respective winner's responsibility. Some restrictions may apply. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash.

Diamond Exchange and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, representatives, agents, licensees, successors and assigns (i) make no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning the prizes; and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty.

The Winner will be contacted via by the email address provided at checkout. If the prize winner fails to contact diamondexchange.com.au within 14 days of winner announcement, then eligibility is forfeit and diamondexchange.com.au makes no guarantee as to the availability Contest prize.

Prize Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If, in the opinion of the Administrator, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic tampering with any portion of the contest, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest, Diamond Exchange reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently.

DIAMOND AVAILABILITY

All of the diamonds on our website are available at the time of our last diamond stock refresh which is always within the last 24 hours. On the rare occasion, a diamond which you select may have become unavailable within that time. If that occurs, Diamond Exchange will offer you a stone which is as good as or better than the stone you selected in all of the key characteristics, specifically: Colour, Clarity, Carat, Cut, Polish, Symmetry and Fluorescence. If we cannot find a suitable alternative, Diamond Exchange will process a refund within 24 hours of you requesting us to do so.
